3. Data Storage and Third-Party Service Providers
Capri León Solutions does not operate its own data servers. Personal Information collected through the Platform is stored and processed through infrastructure provided by Content Creator Machine, a platform service operating on GoHighLevel (High Level Software Company). That infrastructure utilizes servers operated by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud.
The structure of this service relationship is as follows:
- High Level Software Company provides the underlying technical infrastructure and maintains GDPR-compliant data practices.
- Content Creator Machine provides Capri León Solutions with access to that infrastructure as a managed platform service.
- Capri León Solutions utilizes that platform to operate the Platform and manage client-facing communications and operations.
Your Personal Information will not be disclosed to third parties outside of the service chain described above without your knowledge, except as required by applicable law or legal process.
4. How We Protect Your Information
Capri León Solutions designs and administers the Platform with reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational security measures intended to protect your Personal Information against risks such as unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. We require that our service providers apply similar protections when accessing or using Personal Information shared with them in connection with the provision of their services.
No technology, data transmission system, or digital platform can be guaranteed to be one hundred percent secure. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with the Platform has been compromised, please notify us immediately using the contact information provided in Section 14 of this Privacy Policy.

9. Do Not Track

Such tracking is conducted through analytics tools native to the GoHighLevel platform infrastructure. Capri León Solutions does not deploy third-party advertising trackers or engage in cross-site behavioral tracking on the Platform.
13. Modifications to This Privacy Policy
Capri León Solutions reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any material changes to our data practices will be reflected in an updated version of this Privacy Policy, accompanied by a revised effective date. We will not apply amended practices retroactively to Personal Information collected under prior terms without providing notice.
